How can you afford not to try us??

Before joining FiveStar Martial Arts School I went around to Martial Arts

centres in the Illawarra and tried their classes to see what they had to

offer. I have to be honest with you, I was less than impressed until I went to

FiveStar Martial Arts School. From the start Master Rob just had it all. I was

blown away with his knowledge, skill and ability that Master Rob has.

They have a real self defence system that has proven to be the best program in the Illawarra

I liked was that I wasn’t training with kids but had the option to train as a family on

occassions. Other local hobby school have small classes where adults train with kids all the time

At FiveStar Martial Arts School, kids train with kids, teenagers with teenagers and adults with

other adults, family with family .... their classes are organised so you get to train with a variety of people.

I have met really great people there, mde new freinds and all of the students are there to help each other.

I definitely recommend the FiveStar Martial Arts School.

FiveStar Martial Arts School and haven't looked back, learning the right skills in a safe environment.

FiveStar Martial Arts School was the greatest choice! Master Rob was very welcoming,

professional and cost effective. Straight away he's grown in confidence, gained

new self defence skills, improved his coordination and has learnt

self discipline, but importantly the bullying stopped instantly and not because

hes is bashing people he has so much confidence.

I have been training with Master Rob for over 10 years and i can honestly say that

he and the school has had the most positive impact on my life, giving me the confidence to challenge

myself and see the world. I have represented Australia and won a Gold medal in Korea. But that is

only the icing on the cake. It is the journey and process of training with Master Rob, the team that

we train with, the healthy aspect and lifestlye as a result of training and having positive role models

at the school . I had a year off in USA last year after UNI and when I came home I didnt feel like i

was at home until I was training again. I said to Master Rob, Now I am home!!!

Appointed as an Olympic Selector for Taekwondo

The AOC’s Director of Sport Fiona de Jong said today “the AOC intends to

appoint ... Robert Cooley as independent selectors”.

“They have knowledge of the athletes and the sport necessary for this role,” she said.

My daughter and infact all my children have trained with Master Rob and have

been there for many years. My daughter is now a 3rd degree blackbelt, my son

a 3rd degree blackbelt and 1st degree MMA, my other son a 1st degree blackbelt and my youngest a

I have seen many schools and you can see them on youtube as well. It is funny to see how bad some

of the other schools are. There is no comparison I would nt go anywhere else. Sure the school might

look pretty and nice, but so is FiveStar Martial Arts School but it has the goods and highest qualified

Master with academic qualifications. I love it !!
