Our Little Tigers program encompasses the development of the 3-6yrs old in areas of Personal development, Fine and Gross Motor Skills, Fitness and Activity, Home Safety, Focusing and How to Listen, Discipline, Stranger Danger, Martial Arts Skills. Children grade as per other students however they do have an adjusted syllabus that suits there age and advancement.

Our Junior Taekwondo program encompasses a multitude of skills and positive learning habits. It teaches Martial Arts skills, Bully proofing techniques, grading to Blackbelt and beyond, focusing in general and access to Weapons programs. It is great developmental program for juniors in their development into teens. They are taught to control their opponent rather then hit or kick them, although they still learn and practice that too.

Our Senior Taekwondo takes off from where the Junior one finished up. Blackbelt accreditation, Martial Art skills, the virtues of Taekwondo and the Martial Arts that help us grow into great people in society. Leadership skills and challenging yourself to achieve in our school will help you to have success in your everyday life. Our MMA Fitness class a fully certified class throught fitness Australia and MMA Fitness, come along and have a go for the one of the most exciting get fit MMA Fitness circuits designed for men and women. You will love it with our International award winning coach.

Combat MMA is where my Blackbelts can convert their Taekwondo Blackbelt to that of a Combat MMA Blackbelt through a great MMA program. Includes aspects of BJJ, Kickboxing, Grappling, KungFu, Kickboxing, Boxing, Hapkido and Taekwondo, and Weapons. Master Robert is a 7th Dan WTF Instructor and has much traiing in many styles of martial arts that have allowed the development of this exciting program.

Having been accepted into the Royce Gracie Jiu JItsu network via Luke Beston and Angela Gracie Jiu Jitsu; Master Rob and our students are truly in the Gracie Jiu Jitsu family. You wouldnt go anywhere else. Master Rob looks forward to working and training with Master Professor/s Royce Gracie, Luke Beston, Royler Gracie, Rodrigo Gracie, Rener and Ryron Gracie as they come to Australia for Master Class seminars and gradings. This wonderful family is single handed responsible for the cultivation of MMA and the UFC having implementing it many years ago.
