PumpRX
Is our doasge of a fat-burning class that uses weights to give you the fastest way to tone and condition muscles! The best weight training exercises are combined with great music to strengthen and shape your entire body. You choose the cintensity in choosing your kg of weights. One class can equal 3 individual weight training sessions.

StepRX
Step class is a great class to get involved in, irrespective of your shape, weight or level of fitness. It’s fun and
also flips your fat burning switches into overdrive. A step class will leave you feeling pumped and energetic and it’s a
great place to meet a buddy or two.
The other benefit of step class, apart from the obvious calorie meltdown, is that step class will help build your
coordination, balance, strength and stamina while helping you achieve a level of fitness and weight loss or
management.
It’s pretty much a dance, aerobics workout that is performed on a platform or a step. The step is unique as it doesn’t
cause damage to your joints due to its built in shock absorption. And, depending on the level of intensity you wish to
achieve, you can adjust the step height up or down.
Besides the basic step up and down on the platform, a step class will generally incorporate other signature moves such as turns, shuffles, kicks, taps, side-steps as well as coordinated moves that work the whole body. The moves go according to beats in the music and once you have mastered the moves, you can add more intensity to your workout by flowing with the moves.

Spin is an aerobic exercise class on a stationary exercise bike. But in SpinRx, it's not just any bike...its the specially designed bike by Startrac. As you pedal, you adjust the resistance dial as one of our great instructors direct you through an visaulised outdoor cycle program.
The program varies each song and according to the amount of resistance applied, simulates flats, hills, intervals and even mountains while riding to motivating music.During the class, you vary your pace. This means sometimes pedaling as fast you can, other times turning up the tension and pedaling slowly from a standing position. This helps you to focus internally and work on your mind as well as your body.
Spinning offers an aerobic workout like nothing you have ever experienced. It tones your quadriceps and outer thigh muscles quickly and effectively. The class burns a huge amount of calories, for women about 450Cal and for men up to 900Cal in 45 minute class.
You don't need a lot of coordination and therefore it's easier to concentrate on your form and technique than in other types of aerobic classes.Ultimately, whether you want to go hard or gradually develop your fitness levels (and guarenteed you will), you are in control when it comes to your output. You can finish a spin class, regardless of your fitness level, simply by adjusting your pace or the tension knob on the bike
